Larry Bolick
Larry Bolick
Larry is the Owner/Operator for Ready Refrigeration and has been in business since August 2010, and has been in refrigeration work since his days in the US Navy (1992-1998). His experience and "Get it done and done right" attitude will take care of any problems you face with your commercial refrigeration equipment.
Andrew Dills
Andrew has been working in the refrigeration field for many years and has been with Ready Ref since Feb of 2024, he is our lead tech and his experience and skills will always get the equipment back to operation conditions asap. We are so glad to have him on our team.
David Reyes
David joined us in July 2025 after relocating to Franklin from Florida with his wife and children. His eagerness to learn and get a foothold on a great career in commercial refrigeration is just beginning, but he's in it for the longhaul and we hope that David continues to find Franklin and Ready Refrigeration a place to call home.
Seth Staffelbach
Seth has been working with us since October of 2023 and has been like our little brother to all of us, always doing his best and always trying to learn this hard line of work. He is specializing in the cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of ice machines right now.
You'll see a lot of Chris on the photo page, here he is pictured with his Mom. Chris worked with us from Feb 2020 to March 2021, and was a great employee and friend, he decided to go back with the Georgia State Highway Patrol in Towns County, Georgia where he is serving his community with the utmost standards of morals and ethics, just like he did while working here at RR, we miss you Chris and wish you the best!!

Mark Gross
Mark joined us in April of 2025 on a whim, just curious about the type of work that we do, and just needing steady employment, and has really become a vital team member, jumping right in to whatever situation that comes at him. He is currently training with Seth on ice machines and occasionally running calls with the guys. It's good to have him.
